End of Life Coaching

The end of life is often a traumatic time for the one who is dying, as well as for family and friends. End of Life Coaching is NOT therapy. It is support for those who are dying and those who are grieving. Having an End of Life Coach helps the dying and their loved ones understand and navigate the dying process. As an End of Life coach is one of honor and privilege. This form of support offers you someone to walk alongside of you without offering advice, “fixing you”, or assuming to know what is right for you. I will ask deep and powerful questions that derive from my deep listening. These questions will invite you to look within to find the answers that are already there yet have gone unacknowledged.  I will explore ways for you to live from it.
